Unknown Hezekiah was in Albemarle Co., VA in the 1740s, and he moved to Cumberland Co., VA around 1760. Joseph Cornelius Davidson moved from Cumberland to Buckingham Co., VA around 1859, and his descendants eventually owned and ran the Davidson Orchard on Rt. 15 in Buckingham. They also owned several homes on Rt. 622, including those still known today as "Cherry Hill" and "Iron Rock."
