Henry's parents were Thomas Henry Miles b:1827 and Delilah Shumaker b:1828 in Buckingham Co. Thomas (older) had 3 brothers and 2 sisters - Matthias, John C., James B., Virginia, and Ida. I believe Thomas' (older) father was also a Thomas Henry Miles born around 1793 in Buckingham but I have not found a definite link. I have an old photocopy of a picture of Henry and Letitia.
