We always spelt the name GIBSON, but have seen it spelt Gipson as much as the other way. Tell me was your Betty Baker Gibson a Gibson by birth or was she a Baker and married a Gibson. If she is the Betty Gibson in my family she came to Lincoln County, Ky and married a McBee and the marriage bond was signed by my gr grandfather , Felix Gibson. Do any of these names sound familiar?
