Looking for information about a John Butler born about 1745 in Buckingham, VA He witnessed the will of Archelaus Wheeler who was also of Buckingham, VA Will is recorded in Adair County, Virginia in 1831. Archelaus' child and grandchild's middle name was Butler. Trying to determine if his wife Mildred, may have been a sister to or a relative of John Butler. Some researchers have said that Mildred was a LYLE. I have found no documentation for that.
