I have just found out that I have given some wrong information. I am sorry. I had said that this book compiled by Janice J. R. Hull was published by Hearthside Press in northern VA and that you could possibly get a copy from them. I learn they have gone out of business. So that is not an option. I also said that you could possibly get a copy from Historic Buckingham, Inc. Their web site is www.rootsweb.com/~vahb. I just visited the site and find that they will not accept mail orders from nonmembers. My guess is that there is a limited supply and they are giving preference to members.
