S. Dunkum of Alpha (informant) This was my great grandmother. She was the daughter of John Myrtle AYRES & Ann Demetrice GARRETT. She married James Burley DUNKUM on 26 Feb 1874. He was born 6 May 1850 and died 21 June 1925. According to his daughter, my grandmother he was plowing his field of corn and became overheated and died.
