I have been researching my deceased wife's family. her mother was Janie Pearl Murphy Hicks daughter of Charles Walker Murphy, d.1942, and Clara Elizabeth Catlett, d.1965 and resided in Buchingham Co. VA. I have Charles father as William Murphy and mother as Emily Jane Moss.
