Under his listing for John GUERRANT 1827 to 1837. Bought: 1827 owned 1/2 of Bridgeport (23NE); also, 400 AC on JRR, his dwelling; no conveyance from Alexander Garrott for this. 1828- 155 AC on Randolphs Creek (25E) from George ?H. Anderson; also 200 AC on Randolphs Creek from George K. Anderson and Robert Hill. 1830 - 158 AC on Hunts Creek (12E) from William P. Moss, sold by Charles P. Lee; also 150 AC on SRR (18E) from Patsy Agee and husband; also 100 AC on SRR (18E) from Stephen Guerrant. 1832 - Bridgeport on Hunts Creek (25E) from James M. Morris (in 1833 to 1835, he co-owned Bridgeport with Anderson Guerrant). 1833- 410 AC near New Canton (25E) from the estate of John Anderson, formerly owned by William Anderson and sold by Guerrant to F. B. Dean; also, 121 and 3/4 AC on Phelps Creek (18E) from F. B. Dean, Jr; also 150 AC on Phelps Creek (22E) from Wilson Price estate, sold by Wilson N. Price. 1834 - 200 AC adjacent Furnace Tract (23E) from George F. Pleasants. 1836 - 118 and 1/2 AC on Phelps Creek (20E) from J. W. Seay and wife (?same land as bought from Thomas Baber). SOLD - 1829 - 400 AC on SRR (20NE) to John M. Agee; also 200 AC to J. Boatwright; also 155 AC (25E) to Orson ?Moton. 1831 - 100 AC to J. R. Sadler. 1833 - 410 AC near New Canton (25E) to F. B. Dean. 1836 - 18 AC in deed, and another 1000 AC, to R. T. Sims (?adjacent Furnace Lands). 1837 - 30 AC to George O. Price; also 157 AC (18E) to G. M. Payne. Under his listing for George F. PLEASANTS he has 1834 - bought 200 AC adjacent Furnace Tract (23E) from Joseph Mosby, and sold by Pleasants to John Guerrant. Under his listing for Anderson GUERRANT he has 1841 to 1870. Bought: 1842 - 113 AC near New Canton (25E) from Edward W. Simms; also 156 AC on Hunts Ck (22E) and 152 AC adjacent Furnace (23E) from John Guerrant. 1843 200 AC, part of Furnace Tract, from Buckingham Iron Manufacturing Co. 1844 101 AC on Phelps Ck (20E) from John T. Jeter and wife. 1847 he and Robert N. Seay bought 6 AC at Hockers Landing (25E) from J. A. McDearman. 1848 6 AC at New Canton (25E) from Charles L. Christian, ?Terry ?Seay, ?Guerrant; also ?or same land, 6 AC Hockers Landing (25E) from Robert N. Seay. 1856 - land from J. M. Ford. 1858 - 125 AC near NCR (23E) from Price and Reynolds commr from the land charged on land will in John A. Chambers and (?sold) to E.W. Simms. Sold: 1843 127 and 1/4 AC on Hunts Creek (18E) to Buckingham Iron Manufacturing Company. 1845 - 41 AC on NCR (25E) to Francis W. Anderson. 1846 - 60 AC to V. N. Scruggs. 1848 - 200 AC on JRR (24NE) and 70 AC on Hunts Crook (22E) to Walter L. Fontaine. 1851 - 6 AC at Hockers Landing (35E) to Robert C. Nicholas, 1862 - 70 and 3/4 AC to Edward W. Simms. 1855 - 10 AC adjacent New Canton (25E) to Francis Anderson. 1856 - 250 AC on Hunts Creek (20E) to Robert C. Nicholas, ?bought from James M. Ford. 1870 - 10 AC to E. R. Evans and Thomas T.
