Does anyone on this list have access to the 1784-1787 tax lists for Buckingham County? Someone kindly sent me information on my ancestor Abraham Sutlef/ Setliff being on the 1784-1787 tax list, but neglected to mention if it was in Buckingham Co. VA where he shows up on an old account book, for the years 1802-03, kept by John Epperson at his tobacco warehouse and general store on the Appomattox River, Buckingham County, Va, at the settlement called Planterstown. The person who sent me the information was very ill and no longer is online. All I need is verification that Buckingham County is the right county where he is listed. I would like to hear from anyone working on the Setliff/Sutliff line. Carol Setliff
