Gary, Yes, there is a way to block these, but I don't think we really want to block the majority of these gateway posts from the lists. True, some (like the one you show below), don't belong on the VABUCKIN board as they show no connection to the county. But, as I am not the Board administrator, I don't have the authority to remove them. I personally feel that there is more benefit to leaving these posts gatewayed than there is problems when they aren't relevant. But, since the majority of my research is elsewhere, I will bow to the wishes of the list members, but one member cannot alone decide the fate. If others wish to either close the gateway or keep it open, then please send me your votes off list. I will take votes for the next week and a half. Votes will be tallied up and a decision made on Saturday, September 1st. But, in order for this to be fair, there should be votes from at least 25% of the list members. There are 225 subscribers to this list as of right now. That means that I need to hear from at least 57 people for this vote to mean anything.
