I have been attempting to find concrete evidence on the parentage of Harrison Staton 1813-Bef 1898. He married Judith Glover, whom I'd love to know her parentage either. Was thinking my New Year's goal would be to do a land search for Harrison in hopes he acquired some of his land from his father?? I wouldn't mind seeing a minor discussion on how to do land researches in the Buckingham County area. How does one get started? What about the burned records? etc...??
