It was a wonderful place where we spent many a weekend together. I used to get Christmas cards from them. I remember that somehow the Randolphs were related to Page and Branch, she used to call them "aunt and uncle". So perhaps you could find out from any of the rather large Randolph clan still residing in Va about them, as I am sure they are related.

From Lovingston take Rt 56 to Wingina, cross bridge keep going several miles till Rt 604 on right, 5 or 6 miles till Rt. 606 on right (signs indicate James River State Park), go another 4 miles or so the "driveway" to the cemetery forks to the right as you come down a hill (If you reach a bridge/small creek you've gone too far - just) and loops through the woods past the graveyard itself.

Recently, I discovered the middle name of one of my Buckingham ancestors to be LYCURGUS. After a great deal of research, the only information I have found on this name is mythology related. This ancestor lived 1816-1896, in Buckingham Co. Has anyone ever heard of this name or know anything about where it might have come from? I have no information about it being a family name. Thanks! I never knew any of the Trent’s that lived there, but I believe we are all descendants of a Henry Trent that owned land in Henrico Co. back in 1670.
