Some Ray members moved to Tennessee & Kentucky and others remained in Brunswick County, VA. My ggg g'pa was Hicks Jones Ray who moved to Marshall County, KY but there was a 2nd Hicks Jones Wray who lived in Brunswick Co, VA as late as 1860. I suspect they are "cousins".
