I would like to know how to get a copy of a deed dated 1835 from Brunswick County. My ggg grandfather and family where from VA. His name was Richard Shell, his wife's name was Rebecca ? Richard was born about 1796 and moved from VA to Henry Co, TN around 1834. If anyone has any ideas on where to send for info on Richard and family around the times mention, please let me know.
