I am searching for my maternal grandfather. His name was George Miller, but I was told he took his mother's maiden name later in life. He was actually born Bevil. (We're not sure on the spelling.) I think he was born in Chicago around 1909. Lost his leg as a boy in a train accident. Worked as a bus driver in Detroit,MI in the 40's. Married Lillian Thomas in 1946 and had a daughter in 47. He had a son about 12 at the time. If you have any info, I sincerely appreciate it.
