RIFFEY LOOKUP Would someone be so kind to look in Charles T. Burton, "Botetourt County, Virginia, Early Settlers," and see if there are land records for George Riffey and John Riffey. These Riffeys (probably father and son) probably lived in the part of Botetourt County that became Roanoke County based on other things that we know about them. I am trying to find out when they settled in Botetourt County, who they bought land from, and possibly who their neighbors were. Riffey is also spelled Riffee, Riffy, etc. Thanks!
