My brick wall is Joseph Carden, who was living in Botetourt County in 1791. One son was Isaac Green(e) Carden, whose son was the same name but who was known as "Green", whose son was my father, Roscoe Carden. I am thus a direct descendent of Joseph, but I have been unable to find where he came from, where/when he was born, when he died, who his parents were, etc. I'd appreciate specific information, suggested avenues to pursue, or referrals to others who might be interested in Carden research.
