My brick wall is the father/parents of James T. BRIANT/BRYANS/BRYANT, b. 1790, VA. He married Rachel ALDERSON in 1815, Botetourt Co, VA. He died in Wayne County, Illinois in 1850. His children were: William Gleason, James, John, Barzil (named for father Burr Alderson), St. Clair, Augustain, Margaret, Mary, Paralee, Harriet. William Gleason BRYANT was b. 1817, Botetourt Co, VA. Rest of children probably born in Illinois. Connected names were WINFREY, DUNCAN, SHELTON, SLAUGHTER, TURPIN, ADAMSON, DODD, etc. ------------ Lewis BRIANT/BRYANS/BRYANT, was also married in Botetourt Co in 1818, by the same minister as James T.
