I haven't read all these emails, but, only part of what is now WV was Botetourt Co at one time. Greenbrier County was formed and then from Greenbrier came Kanawha, Monroe, Nicholas, Webster, Mason, Cabell, Jackson, Wayne, Boone, Putnam, and Roane Counties. WV has 55 couties.
