I am looking for any information on Jonathan Smith b abt 1770 and his wife Elizabeth Wood b abt 1771. She is the daughter of Thomas Wood Jr of Bedford Va. I know from the census that they had a number of children but I can't find any information on the names or birth dates of the children or much for Jonathan or Elizabeth except for a few land documents. I have the marriage bond from Bedford Virginia stating: Mar. 14, 1791; Jonathan Smith & Elizabeth Wood, dt Thomas; James Wood, Surety; Married by Jeremiah Hatcher, March 15, 1791. Any information will be appreciated.
