I am researching the McCall family who lived in the New River area ca 1740 until the 1780s and beyond in Botetourt and then Fincastle County, then possibly Washington County, VA. I am interested in finding the parents of a James McCall born 10 Mar 1782 in Botetourt who eventually moved to Washington County, Ohio ca 1800 and then on to Gallia County, Ohio in 1804 where he died in 1838.
