Pefley and Annie, his wife, formerly Annie Wrightsman, of the first part and Samuel Wrightsman of the second part. The parties of the first part have sold to said Samuel Wrightsman all right and interest in a tract of which the said Samuel Wrightsman, deceased died seized containing 171 1/2 acres at $15.00 per acre.
