I have been watching all of this PEFLEY traffic and note that I have a distant cousin Rev. Charles HOAG (b. 1830, Wayne Co., MI or NY - d. 1908) married to LUCINDA CATHERINE PEFLEY (b. 1828 - d. 1894) about 1875. The parents of Charles were born in VT and there is a file in WorldConnect that ends with Charles and Lucinda. The 1880 census has a Charles Hoag with the right parameters married to "S. C. " born in Virginia (father from Virginia) about 1860 which may imply another wife for Charles or an error in birth date. Does anyone have information on Lucinda and Charles and their descendants? Does she connect to this line of PEFLEYs? Thanks Earl
