Yes, Pat, there is a community named Coyner Springs in Botetourt Co. It is on US Rt. 460, about 2 miles northeast of Bonsack or about 10 miles from Roanoke. Since Bonsack is in Roanoke County, I doubt that it was once called Coyner Springs, but anything is possible. Happy Hunting!
