He was a native of Buchanan, Va. and lived in Brooklet since 1986.He was a body shop reapairman. Survivors: his parents, William Elbert and Anna Pearl Ball of Booklet, four sisters, Anita Crosby of Brooklet, Brenda Burker of Sylvania, Rebecca Ball of Statesboror and Judy Schmidt of Brooklet, a brother, Michael Ball of Williamsburg, Va, his maternal grandparents, Mr and Mrs Tolbert Harris of Honaker Va. and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Visitation 5-9 pm today at Joiner-Shepard Funeral Home in Statesboro. Funeral will be held at a later date in Virginia.
