Hi Botetourt County Listers: I just returned from the local LDS FHL & checked the card catalog for Botetourt Co & there appear to be quite a few new things filmed. Guess I haven't checked for a while, but they looked new to me, anyway. The present card catalog is dated March 1997. Some things are: Records of Ficuciaries (they are people who hold monies in trust for other people, often in connection with a deceased person's estate) - covers years 1850-1946 Plea book 1787-1817, Chancery Order book 1870-73 plus other years. Bond books 1853-1903; List of Tithables 1770-1789, etc. Check these out at your local library - these things may have something important in them!
