JR (son of Joseph Martin per marriage record consent....), who married Eleanor Ellis has not been proved to connect to William Martin, (son of Robert Jr & Mary Thompson Martin,) who married Elizabeth Cannaday. I have both of these lines and have done extensive research. Nowhere have I seen documentation for William, son of Joseph, middle name as "Joseph".
