Hi, I have info from Winston Dalton's register, published in Wm & Mary Quarterly, vol 14, p. 37; Andrew Goad married Polly Jacobs 26 July 1815 in Pittsylvania Co. She was born 16 Oct 1791, the daughter of Henry and Frances Jacobs. 1850 census shows Andrew and Mary Goad in Bedford County. They lived near her brother Aaron Lowry Jacobs. Polly, of course was common nickname for Mary.
