I am very interested in your information on the Mitchell side of your family. My great-grandmother, Nancy Jane Parker "Mitchell" Taylor married William Mitchell in about 1856. There were three children by this marriage. Their names were Sally who married a Spickard; Mary, who married a Smith, and James, who married a Lucy ( do not remember the last name. There is a fourth child, Robert. Robert, who was born in March of 1865, carried the name Mitchell. His "father" died in route to the Army Medical Hospital at Front Royal, Virginia. My great-grandmother remarried in June of 1867. There were seven children by this marriage. My grandfather, Samuel Thomas Taylor was the fourth child. I look forward to hearing from you. Merilyn Finn
