Hi, Alan: I am new to this mailing list. You are to be commended. You have undertaken an epic work, transcribing all of this. One question. When I find my listing in the index, how do I jump directly to the appropriate page number? So far, it seems difficult to navigate through the pages. First, I have to find the right section. Then, I have to advance one click at a time. Is there an easier way? Or do I have to read the entire manuscript, one page at a time? I should live so long. Maybe someday, a table of contents, with clickable links? Or clickable page numbers in the index? I know I'm getting greedy here, and I apologize. Thanks again. You have accomplished much.
