    3. If there is any mention of a Demarquis (Demascus)(Marcus) Buford (or Bauford) I would be very interested. The earliest record of him that I have is his Marriage to Mary Ann Haynes documented in the Bedford Co Marriage bonds at http://www.rootsweb.com/~vabedfor/bedf-m_b.htm It reads: Jun. 8, 1843; Demarquis Buford, (or Bauford) & Mary Ann Haynes, dt Edmund; William Haynes, Surety Thanks Joe Buford Quid, Me Anxius? -----Original Message----- From: Linda Lang [mailto:ldlang@hotmail.com] Sent: Wednesday, February 06, 2008 10:33 AM To: Va Bedford Subject: [VABEDFOR] Blankenship's Book In reponse to John Gray's request, there is several pages on Grays beginning w/ Wm Gray w/ emphasis on the John "Jack" Gray born between 1780-1790, died before Aug 1833 in Bedford. John Gray married Amy Crews (sister to my ancestress, Rachel Crews Boyle). Would advise you to buy this book if this your line. If you can't find a copy, I will scan these 8 pages for you and email it off.
