Much about old Virginia and North Carolina, and the French and Indian and Rev. Wars. Heads of Household, Tax lists, etc. No indexes, though. Some of these publications cost serious money if you had to buy them. And all for free. But, as usual, take some of them with a grain of salt. Many flaws. Edwin
Agreed, Edwin! I use this website frequently. Don't miss the photo albums. Note the 1790 Wilkes NC Census. Many of those folks moved west or north later. Seth Colwell, for instance, moved to Montgomery/Giles Co., VA and you can find the land record of 1798 at the Library of Virginia's website.
