I'm new at this E-mail posting procedure, so please bear with me. Freddie, please keep up the good work! John W. Morris, a farmer, born circa 1865 in VA. Married abt 1887 to Lillian King b. 1868 in VA. Children: Ida Vanessa b. 1888 d. 1941 in Wyoming Mabel M. b. 1890 Cecil M. b. 1891 Bessie A. b. 1893 Viola b. 1894 Wm. Thomas b. 1897 John W. Morris died prior to June, 1900. In 1900 and prior years, the family lived in Lisbon and Blue Ridge Districts, Bedford County, VA. By 1910, Lillie Morris had moved into Roanoke and has taken in a boarder name James C. McManana. By 1920, Lillie has married Mr. McManana. The only children living at home are Cecil and Tommy. James and Tommy work at the railway shop. Cecil is a city fireman. Any help or leads concerning any family member mentioned will be most appreciated. Thanks! rfaulkne@dtic.mil
