Hi Sharon, It is really good of you to do a lookup in "Our Kin". My early Bedford County ancestors are John Ashwell (b-abt 1764) and Eleanor Stump. John Payne(b-1726), and Mary_____. Another name is Thomas S. MITCHEN who was born about 1824 that is not really early Bedford but some Mitchens may be there. Also, Silas G. Latham (or Lathen)b-1800), whatever and his wife Lucinda J. Wells. Lucinda's parents were Richard Martin Wells and Sarah Marshall. Thank you for all of your trouble, I really appreciate it.
