They were the children of Benjamin WITT and Mariane CHASTAIN: * Charles WITT, lived in Buckingham Co., VA (Whom did he marry and in which county??) * Lewis WITT, m. Ann Mills, 1758, d. in Bedford Co., VA (Which county did he marry in???) * Benjamin WITT Jr., m. Susanna, 1775. Died in Bedford Co., VA (which county did he marry in???) * John WITT, m.
