Judy, Whenever a message is too long on AOL, it has to be downloaded and opened under File Menu in either AOL or a word processor. You should have a designated folder/file where downloaded files go. Look in that designated folder/file or use Find. (My Find File is in the Apple Menu on my Mac. Don't know where it is on a PC.) If you don't have a designated place for downloads, go to My AOL and preferences for downloads and select a place. Hope this makes sense.
