I have been having great trouble with the messages received that must be retrieved through Mime. I don't really know what this is or means. I download with no trouble, but then can't retrieve it. The computer finds the downloaded Digest messages and then asks me what program I use to open it - I have no idea. (hope I'm explaining this correctly as I'm going from memory). Can some kind soul enlighten me? I have a new Gateway computer so I'm sure I have the capacity to do this - just don't know how.
