First, some brief background: my wife is thrice descended from Robert EADS/EADES, who died in Bedford County about 1800. That is, she is a direct descendant of three of his sons. - On her father's side, Robert C. EADS, the son of William EADS (#5 below) and his wife Rebecca, married his first cousin, Nancy EADS, the daughter of Charles EADS (#4 below) and Sarah PIBORN. Robert C. & Nancy are my wife's paternal ggg-grandparents. - On her mother's side, she descends from Joseph EADES (#9 below) and his first wife Elizabeth HUDDLESTON. Their daughter Sarah EADES married Moses CRAIG, possibly in Bedford County, probably by 1820 when their first child was born (in VA, possibly Bedford County.) We have nothing definite on Moses CRAIG except a mention of his name in the will of Joseph EADES.
