June 21 1940 in Roanoke, Virginia. her parent were Richard StClair and Mary E Tate She had one sister name unknown and 2 brother William and Joseph at the time of her death William live in Roanoke, Virginia and Joseph live in Botetourt County, Virginia Rosie/Rosia was the second wife of Samuel G Curtis they had one daughter Edith b. Feb. 15 1892 in Salem Virginia d. April 8 1966 in Roanoke, Virginia and a son Shirley. and 3 stepchildren from Samuel Curtis first married.
