This message is for descendants of James Board everywhere. James Board was born in Baltimore County, MD in 1740, moved to Lunenburg/Bedford Co. Virginia with his family in 1746/7, moved to Franklin County, VA, in the 1790s, and finally moved to Breckinridge County, KY, in 1806. He died in Breckinridge County in 1826. James Board was recently declared a Patriot by the National Society, Daughters of the American Revolution. Anyone who descends from him is now eligible for membership.
