I am needing a look-up done on the birth of a Joseph Lavender, father is thought to be Charles Lavender(Lavinder) of Bedford Co. VA. He would have been born in 1816-17 and family moved very soon after that to TN. Is there anyone who could do that or give me the name of a geneologist in that area? Thank you very much, Teresa
