He and his siblings were named in their father's will dated Dec 3, 1789, and recorded Jul 26, 1790. (Bedford WB 2:35)" You may want to look at this will. There are 8 pages of references to a James Brown; eight to a Jeanet/Jenet/Jennet/Jinnet; five to a Janet/Jannet.
