Hi all. I subscribed to this list in hopes to find my Richard Shires. I have him marrying Emilia Neel in MOnroe Co, WV. She was b abt 1809. She is the daughter of Emilia Neel and William Neel. He is the son of John Shires. I cannot get any furthwer back on the Shires line. This information is from " Neals of Bedford Co, Va. and Family of Walter Neal Sr." by Chester Miller.
