FRANK, MCGRAW, FISHER, POWELL, RAMSEY -- Help, I've hit a brick wall with this Bedford County family: John FRANK (died 1837) and wife Catharine POWELL. Children: Milly FRANK married John FISHER 1822. Washington FRANK (1806-1859), married Sarah POWELL 1840. Elizabeth FRANK born 1811. Nancy FRANK (1812-1851), married Simon RAMSEY 1834. Also Suckey FRANK married Hugh McGRAW 1809. with John FRANK as surety. >From the dates, Suckey may be a child from an earlier marriage or his sister. Nancy and Simon were the first ancestors I found 28 yrs ago, but I've not gotten much farther with them since then. I want John's parents and where he came from before Bedford Co.
