VA. INFY. STATES THAT some of the BROWNS of Augusta Co. were buried in Hebron Presbyterian Cem. This regimental book lists James A. Brown, James W., John W., Joseph, and Samuel Bradford Jr. who was Capt. of the Company K. B. born in Augusta Co 1842. Samuel was part of General Lee's body guard,Samuel was buried at Fort Valley Ga. where he died 5/10/03. Samuel was also wounded in action at Port Republic 6/9/62. Peg.
