Perhaps he is a son of your JAMES CALLISON I show a marriage record for John to JANE MCCLURE (born 18 Dec 1765 VA. Their marriage date is 20 Jul 1830 Clark Co OH. Jane is the daughter of ARTHUR MCCLURE. Arthur lived in Greenbrier Co VA. His daughter, MARTHA MCCLURE married DAVID STEPHENSON who was son of JAMES AND ANNE(GARNER) STEPHENSON of Augusta Co.. After JAMES STEPHENSON'S death, several children went to Jackson Co OH which is probably why the marriage for JOHN CALLISON and JANE MCLURE occured therel (Jane being sister to Martha) JANE MCLCURE CALLISON'S father ARTHUR MCCLURE died about 1800 and his will names daughter JANE CALLISON.
