This might be overkill but thought I would pass it along as well. You can go to http://www.ancestry.com/save/charts/census.htm for downloadable sample forms of the actual Census. Its on ancestry.com but is 100% FREE. You don't need a paid subscription to access them, but it does require that you have Adobe. The forms show all columns of information and all questions that were asked for each individual Census from 1790 - 1930.
