My information indicates that Joseph Lee Desper was born 2-27-1861 in Augusta County. He and Victoria were married 11-3-1881 near Staunton, VA. I have no children for them but Joseph's parents were John A. Desper and Sally W. Kesterson. Joseph's siblings were John David; Robert E. and Mary Alice.
