Benne Joyce Looney McDonald Benne, Priscilla LOONEY, d/o of Absalom LOONEY and Margaret MOORE, was the first wife of William CALDWELL. She was b. 1771; m. 4 March 1789 in Botetourt County, VA. She d. before 1813. Her father, Absalom LOONEY, Sr. was b.in 1729 on the Island of Man, England. He m. Margaret MOORE in 1750 in Hagerstown, MD. He d. in 1796 in Botetourt. Absalom LOONEY, Sr's parents were Robert LOONEY and Elizabeth Unknown. Robert was b. 1695 on the Isle of Man. He d. 13 Nov 1770 in Buchanan, Botetourt County, VA.
