    3. I would assume that Oberbeck/Overpeck/Overpack are all various phoenetic spellings of the same name. I have the same Andreas Oberbeck (also called Orebaugh) in Bucks County, PA who married Elisabeth Drach. I have not been able to connect this family with my Augusta/Rockingham County family. I am descended from Andrew Orebaugh who m. Margaret Stolp (Stalp) in Augusta County. Margaret was the daughter of William & Elisabeth Stolp. I do not know the parentage or origin of Andrew. There was, also, an Adam Orebaugh in the area. I would assume that he was related to Andrew but I do not know his origins either. There is a book in publication which names my Andrew as a grandson of Andreas but that book is incorrect. It confuses the Augusta County Andrew with another Andrew of Bucks Co., PA.
